What is in your menu?

What sort of ingredients are you using? Are they safe for babies?

All of our meals and soup stocks are made from a combination of natural and/or certified organic ingredients, suitable for babies aged 6 months + and above unless otherwise stated. 

Are your products fresh?

All of our meals and soup stocks are made fresh and frozen directly after cooling to maintain its optimum quality and freshness. They are absolutely free from preservatives.

Is there salt in your products?

All of our meals and soup stocks are free from salt, monosodium glutamate, preservatives, colouring and additives.

Is there sugar in your products?

There is absolutely no added sugar in any of our meals and soup stocks. The natural sugars are derived from the vegetables and fruit we use.

Are your meals allergen free?

All of our meals and soup stocks are free from dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, wheat, crustacean shellfish and soy. Please check with your child’s paediatrician if you are unsure of your child’s allergies.

Are your meals vegan?

Our Vegan broth and oatmeal porridge range are vegan and plant-based.

Storage and preparation

When do they expire?

Our meals and stocks are made with the freshest ingredients weekly, then frozen immediately after cooling to keep them at their optimum quality and preserve their necessary nutrients. 

As our frozen meals and soup stocks are free from preservatives, they can be kept in the freezer for up to three (3) months, but are best consumed within a (1) month upon delivery. Once more than 50% thawed, they have to be kept chilled and consumed within 24 hours.

Preparation methods

Reheating meals

  • The frozen meals tubs can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator or in a water bath.
  • Reheat the meal over gentle heat in a pot till hot, or
  • Steam the meal in a non-plastic bowl till hot.

Cooking with Anya Meals Broth & Stocks

Please take note that our frozen broth and stocks generally do not need to be diluted, as they are brewed without the use of any flavourings.

Should you choose to make a meal that requires a large quantity of water (e.g. porridge or soup), the maximum ratio should not exceed half a cup of water (approximately 100 - 115 ml) to one (1) small tub of stock.

You may choose to dilute our ready made meals with breast milk or formula milk directly before serving. Do not cook with breast milk or formula milk as it will kill off all essential nutrients vital for your baby's development. 

Note: Always remember to serve food to your children at an appropriate temperature!

Are your meals, broth and stocks travel-friendly?

It depends on where you will be travelling to! Our meals and soup stocks will stay frozen in a well-insulated cooler bag or box with ice gel packs for up to six (6) hours.

Help! The product is totally defrosted, what do I do?

Once your frozen meals or soup stocks are more than 50% thawed, they have to be kept chilled and consumed within 24 hours. Please discard if the product has been left out to thaw for more than two (2) hours.

When will my order be confirmed?

Thank you for placing your order with us! Once an order is placed, it will be confirmed once payment has been made at checkout (for Visa and Mastercard). 

If you have chosen to make your payment by PayNow, DBS Paylah! or bank transfer, please WhatsApp us the screenshot of your SUCCESSFUL transaction payment details along with your NAME and FULL ORDER NUMBER (e.g. #1001) at +65 8458 8000 to confirm your order.

Please kindly note:

  • Payment without a screenshot will not be acknowledged.
  • Orders without payment within 24 hours will be voided.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Do contact us at 8458 8000 if you would like to amend your order. All items are subjected to availability.

Delivery enquiry

When will the items be delivered to me?

After a successful order, it will be delivered to you the upcoming weekend on your choice of Saturday or Sunday.

(E.g. Order placed on 1 September 2019, delivery dates will either be on 7 (Sat) or 8 (Sun) September 2019)

We will not be able to advise on your delivery timing as we are not handling your deliveries. Delivery timings are subjected to the volume of deliveries, courier's route, traffic and weather conditions. 

Can I self-collect?

The option of self-collection is not available due to food safety and hygiene concerns.


Please be assured that your frozen items will be safely delivered to your doorstep by our trusty delivery team!

How much is the delivery charge?

$10 delivery fee for orders <$90
$6 delivery fee for orders $90-119.99

Free delivery for orders $120

Note: There will be an additional $10 charge for deliveries to Sentosa. We currently do not deliver to Tuas and Jurong Island.

What if there is no one around to receive the items upon delivery?

Unfortunately, we will have to leave your bag of frozen tubs hanging at your door if we can't get to you at the door or via phone as we have other locations to get to. We do hope to seek your understanding. Do ensure that someone will be home to store the frozen tubs into the freezer immediately.

Please note: 

In the event where our delivery team is informed that 

1) no one is home, or

2) you are uncontactable

after they have already arrived at your place of residence, there will be an additional charge of SGD$10 for re-delivery. Alternatively, we may offer a refund for your order excluding delivery fee.

What are the modes of payment?

Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Google Pay are available options.
