Rice Cooker Tomato Rice ­čŹů


Here's another fuss-free rice cooker recipe suitable for babies 12 months and above that you can employ without stressing over a menu!

Ingredients:
1 cup brown and red rice
2.5 cups of water
2 tubs of Anchovy Anya Meals stock
1 large tomato, eye removed and scoured with an X
1 pc frozen organic spinach (Emborg)
4 frozen jumbo scallops
1 stalk of coriander (chopped)
1 stalk of spring onions (chopped)
1/2 cup of frozen corn

Method:
1. Rinse rice twice.
2. Bring all ingredients together in a rice cooker pot and start steaming.
3. Let it steam for a further 10 minutes once done. Add 1 more cup of water and allow to boil without cover if making congee.
4. Serve at an appropriate temperature.
