I think the title itself speaks volume! Not shy to say I love this baby food, as an adult... ! I will add some salt, pepper and dress the Stew with extra veg and add proteins.. voila.. my nutrition-dense meal is served! Been making repeated orders to stock up cos it is super fuss-free. On lazy days, I just heat it up for a few minutes over the stove, have it on its own and it is enough to keep me satiated til the next meal time! Great for tummies with digestive issues too!
